Accommodation
- Training and Conference Centre of the University of Łódź, 16/18 Kopcińskiego Street, 90-232 Łódź, Poland
- Reservations only through the organizers via the registration form.
- The conference fee includes one night of accommodation (for participants from outside Łódź). Participants will be accommodated in double rooms (roommate allocation determined by the organizer). If you wish to stay with a specific person, please provide their full name (both persons must indicate each other in the registration form, section 18: Other information for the Organizers).
- Participants interested in booking two or more nights are requested to contact the organizers by email.
- Limited number of places available.
Conference Fee
- Onsite participation – PLN 275 (includes coffee breaks, two lunches, gala dinner, conference materials, and one night of accommodation at the University of Łódź Conference Centre for participants from outside Łódź).
- Online participation – free of charge.
